Happy Valentine’s Day!! Chemo’s the gift that keeps giving 🤣. Treatment #5 is behind me now, one more to go!!! All my labs looked great today, kidney and liver functions are all good. I had an echocardiogram last week and received the results today, no damage at all to my heart. The test reflected the same results as my first echo I had prior to treatment, which is great news since chemo is very harsh on the heart.
I met with the surgeon last week as well and received great news that the mass has shrunk!! Thank God, that is the blessing we needed. Which means the chemo is doing its job. Surgery for a bilateral mastectomy will take place toward the middle to end of April. I’ll have another appointment in March with the surgeon to lock down that date. All is well and I’m trucking along, anxious to get this last treatment over with. Until next time! Thank you for your prayers and support!
